How to help

Want to help out the less fortunate? Have a few dollars to spare?

New Hope 4 Life Inc. will go a long way to help those in need.

Your donations will help people in need like the homeless, and victims of abuse, people that are bullied both in person as well as cyberbullying etc… by reaching out to them and letting them know that they are not alone and that there is hope out there.

Our Executive Director Eric goes out to outreach centres and talks to Youth, Young Adults & Adults, Homeless and anyone that is in need of assistance. With the money from your generous donations, we will buy food and necessities for people living on the streets and others in need.

Below are some examples of how your donations will be used:

  • Helping people build and/or update their resumes.
  • Buying nice clothes for a job interview for a homeless person.
  • Paying for them to take a course at College.

Those are just a few examples of how your donations will be used to help those in need. 90% of your donations go back to the community. Our main focus is to help the people that need it the most.

At the present time, Eric is writing an ebook to about his past where he talks about how he was mentally and emotionally abused as a child by his mother and felt that his only choice at fifteen years old was to go and live on the streets. He shares how he was the victim of a vicious assault and spent three months in a coma and once awake had to relearn how to walk and talk.

Eric will go wherever is needed to share his story with other people hoping to bring hope and show that he is living proof that even if you feel your life is meaningless it’s not.

Are you the type of person that likes to help out others?

Wondering how and/or what you can do to help?

At the moment with COVID-19 in the middle effecting and pretty destroying everything this virus it becomes in contact with, it has become more clear that if we are going to ever find a way out is to help one another.

The Premier of Ontario and other Provincial Governments are slowly reopening things as we are trying to get things back to (normal) for the sake of the economy and the sanity of people.

Please remember to keep at a distance of 6′ (2 meters) distance apart and to wash your hands very frequently and to avoid touching your face. That some places like in Ottawa, ON, it’s become mandatory to wear a facial mask when taking public transit like Oc Transpo, Para Transpo, Taxi’s and/or Uber etc…

If you show any of the COVID-19 symptoms to self-isolate for 14 days and notify the people you have been in contact with. Here is a COVID-19 quick self-check which you can do online https://bc.thrive.health

If you want to help out, you can join our team by becoming a volunteer, although at the current time there isn’t much to do, but we are always accepting applications.
